Harry Potter again worked his magic at Time Warner in the fourth quarter — no doubt for the last time. With Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2, the final installment of the franchise, dominating the box office in the last months of 2011, the media giant saw its net profit climb to $773 million for the period, from $769 million for the same quarter a year ago. Revenue rose to $8.2 billion of which filmed entertainment accounted for $3.9 billion. (The company also credited video-on-demand and streaming services such as Netflix for contributing to the strong results.)
