OLYMPIC TRIALS HELP NBC WIN MONDAY, TUESDAY

After a lackluster start on Sunday, NBC’s coverage of the Olympics Trials have picked up, with the swim trials on Monday drawing 6.93 million viewers and on Tuesday, 6.95 million. The lead-in also boosted ratings for the network’s America’s Got Talent, which counted 10.45 million viewers on Monday and 11.5 million on Tuesday — by far the strongest ratings for the talent contest in weeks.
