BETTER REMEMBER TO BRING A PEN TO A TARANTINO REHEARSAL

The New York Post‘s “Page Six” column, which earlier this week quoted actress Diane Kruger as saying that Quentin Tarantino “fired someone who showed up for rehearsal without a pen, so you can see the level of intensity,” published Tarantino’s response today (Thursday). Tarantino at first appeared to dodge the question, saying, “I’m not really sure what she’s referring to.” He acknowledged, however, the incident could have taken place, adding that “any actor who shows up at rehearsal without a pen to make notes in their script isn’t professional enough to either be in my movie or worthy enough to be trusted with one of my characters.”
