SALES OF SOPRANOS VIDEOS SOAR

Online sales of DVD sets and digital downloads of HBO’s The Sopranos have shot up since the death this week of series star James Gandolfini. The Hollywood Reporter noted today (Friday) that The Sopranos: The Complete Series became the No. 2 best seller on Amazon among all movies and TV shows, despite the fact it sells for $124.99. At Apple’s iTunes, it also rose to No. 2 among sales of full TV seasons. Previously it ranked No. 1,463.
