The basketball and hockey championships are blowing away the competition with Game 1 of the Stanley Cup Finals drawing 6.42 million viewers on Wednesday — more than twice what the first game of the hockey championship did a year ago — and Game 4 of the NBA Finals drawing a whopping 14.14 million viewers on Thursday. Both games also dominated viewing among the key 18-49 age group, with the basketball contest drawing more viewers than all the competition combined.
