HOW DID END OF BLACKOUT AFFECT CBS’S RATINGS?

The restoration of CBS content to the 3 million Time Warner Cable homes that had lost it during the carriage dispute barely put a blip on the Monday-night ratings for the network. CBS easily won the night with an average of 6.8 million viewers, the same number it scored last week while the blackout was in progress. Its summer sensation Under the Dome finished with 10.7 million viewers, down slightly form 10.8 million a week ago, a drop so small as to be statistically insignificant. A two-hour American Ninja Warrior on NBC was the second-most-watched show of the night with an average of 5.51 million.
