The final installment of Lionsgate’s Twilight franchise, Breaking Dawn — Part 2, was the top-selling DVD and Blu-ray release of 2013, according to Nielsen Videoscan First Alert, which tracks home-media sales. Studios do not provide actual sales figures for home media releases. Nielsen said that Warner Home Video’s The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey was the runner-up, followed by 20th Century Fox’s James Bond thriller Skyfall.
