TONIGHT BOOKS BIG STARS FOR LENO’S FINAL WEEK

Ratings for the (second) last week of The Tonight Show with Jay Leno are expected to soar beginning February 3 as an impressive list of guest stars arriving for his send-off. Jimmy Fallon, who is due to replace Leno, and Betty White are schedule to arrive on Monday. Matthew McConaughey, nominated for an Oscar for his role in Dallas Buyers Club, has been booked for Tuesday. Sandra Bullock, also up for an Oscar for her performance in Gravity, has been set for Wednesday. Country Singer and The Voice coach Blake Shelton has been signed for an appearance on Thursday, while another country singer, Garth Brooks, and comedian Billy Crystal, who appeared on Leno’s very first Tonight show on May 25, 1992, are set to close things out on Friday. Plus, said NBC, there will be “lots of surprises.”
