CHINA’S DALIAN WANDA GROUP’S IPO BLOCKED BY REGULATORS

China’s powerhouse media organization, Dalian Wanda Group, has been denied permission by the China Securities Regulatory Commission, to launch an IPO in China. Word of the rejection was published by China’s Securities Times, which said that stock-exchange regulators the China Securities Regulatory Commission, had ruled that the company had provided insufficient documents. Last year Dalian Wanda purchased the North American theater chain AMC Entertainment for $2.6 billion.
