Overseas, Guardians of the Galaxy remained the No. 1 attraction, earning $40.1 million in 51 markets to bring its two-week foreign total to $127.3 million. That also pushed its worldwide total past the $300-million mark to $313 million after just ten days. The movie has yet to open in such key markets as China, Japan, Germany, France, and Italy. Meanwhile, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes crossed the $500-million mark worldwide as it collected $29.5 million in 61 markets. It has earned $308.2 million overseas and $197.8 million in the U.S. and Canada. Meanwhile, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles was launched in 19 markets, bringing in $28.7 million. And Transformers: Age of Extinction added another $17.4 million in 58 markets, bringing its worldwide total to $789.3 million, thereby making it the 9th-highest-grossing film of all time.
