THE VOICE AND DWTS BATTLE IT OUT

Monday night’s competing competition shows drew solid ratings Monday night with, as usual, NBC’s The Voice winning among the key 18-49 age group and ABC’s Dancing with the Stars winning among total adults. The Voice averaged a 3.6 raitng and a 10 share in the demo and 12.1 million viewers, while Dancing averaged a 2.1/6 and 13.2 million viewers. But ratings for ESPN’s Monday Night Football will likely dwarf those numbers when they are released later today (Tuesday). CBS’s 2 Broke Girls made its season debut Monday night with 8.7million viewers, down 14 percent from his season three premiere a year ago, while at 10:00 p.m. the network’s NCIS: Los Angeles tied its lowest ratings ever with 8.6 million viewers. Meanwhile, Nielsen repored on Monday that the series premiere of The Flash posted the strongest ratings for the CW network ever when seven-day DVR vieweing is taken into consideration.
