An average of 102.32 million viewers watched Sunday’s Super Bowl game, according to preliminary Nielsen ratings. The first half-hour in primetime (7:00 p.m.) scored the highest numbers: 108.85 million viewers, while the final half-hour (10:00 p.m.) scored the lowest: 72.39 million. Analysts noted that final ratings, due to be released later today (Monday), will likely produce higher numbers.
