SAME THREE FILMS CONTINUE TO DOMINATE DVD CHARTS

For the third straight week, the same three films have occupied the top three spots on the Nielsen VideoScan First Alert sales chart. Three weeks ago, 20th Century Fox’s Alvin and the Chipmunks: The Squeakquel topped the chart, followed by Warner Bros.’ Sherlock Holmes and The Blind Side. Two weeks ago, Sherlock took over first place, followed by Alvin and Blind Side. That’s also the way the three movies finished last week as well. On Home Media magazine’s rental chart Sherlock, Alvin and Blind Side have finished 1,2 and 3 respectively for all three weeks.
