IPHONE APP AVAILABLE FOR CANNES ATTENDEES

The website FilmFestivals.com has developed an iPhone app especially for those attending this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The app, created by Xomo Digital, will allow users to browse through films screening at the festival, read descriptions of them and even view trailers. The website said that it will be posting blog entries, readable on the iPhone, directly from the red carpet during each day of the festival. The free app, it said, can be used by both motion picture professionals as well as ordinary fans attending the festival.
