A “NO” VOTE FOR MORGAN ON CNN?

A popular celebrity website, HollywoodLife.com, run by Bonnie Fuller (Star, Cosmopolitan, Glamour, Us Weekly), posted an article on Wednesday claiming that Piers Morgan had denied that he would be replacing Larry King at CNN. The website quoted Morgan as saying, “That’s quite a big job to do. … It’s the biggest news organization in the world. It’s highly unlikely that I’ll be taking over.” Hours later, after numerous other celebrity websites questioned the accuracy of the quote, HollywoodLife.com removed the item without further comment. TheWrap.com quoted an individual close to Morgan as saying that the report was “dead wrong” and that an official announcement that Morgan will replace King will be made by early next week.
