Uh-0 — CBS’s Hawaii Five-0, which started out the season looking like a bona fide hit, now looks like it has encountered some rough seas. After attracting more than 14 million viewers when it premiered on Sept. 20, it has been shedding viewers ever since, dropping to 10.52 million on Monday night. ABC’s Castle took over the lead in the 10:00 p.m. hour with 12.06 million viewers. Last week, Hawaii Five-0 ranked No. 13 on the Nielsen list, while Castle was ranked No. 20. Of course, Castle was helped Monday night by swelling numbers for its lead-in, Dancing with the Stars, which averaged a whopping 19.98 million viewers, peaking in the final half hour with 21.28 million. All of these shows competed against ESPN’s Monday Night Football. Ratings for the cable telecast are due to be released later today (Tuesday).
