CBS’s dicey decision to move its hit Monday-night comedy The Big Bang Theory from Monday night to Thursday has turned out to have been a wise one. In its second week in the 8:00 p.m. time period, Theory captured 12.97 million viewers and was also tops among adults 18-49. At 8:30 $#!? My Dad Says kept the network in first place with 10.44 million viewers. However, the William Shatner comedy was down 17 percent from its season (and series) premiere last week, when it drew 12.58 million viewers. Meanwhile, the second week of ABC’s My Generation in the 8:00 p.m. hour dropped to just 3.94 million viewers and NBC’s Community foundered with 4.51 million. Worse yet, Donald Trump’s The Apprentice dropped to 3.69 million viewers at 10:00 p.m.
