RUDOLPH LIGHTS THE WAY AGAIN

During a week that saw ratings for each of the networks drop from their season averages by double-digit percentages and the annual visit of Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer rank seventh on the Nielsen ratings chart among 18-49 year-olds (No. 1 among kids), CBS held on to its leadership for the 10th time out of 11 weeks. While NBC’s Sunday Night Football retained the No. 1 spot in the overall adult ratings with 22.5 million viewers, a repeat of an NCIS holiday special on CBS was the highest-rated scripted show with 15.1 million viewers.
