E! Entertainment Channel is planning to broadcast a documentary tonight about the frenetic life of Two and a Half Men co-star Charlie Sheen. Production of the television show, television’s most lucrative sitcom, has been suspended while Sheen undergoes intensive rehab. On Wednesday the gossip website TMZ reported that Sheen had offered to cover 1/3 of the salaries of the show’s crew if CBS and Warner Bros. TV would pay the rest. A Warner Bros. executive declined to comment on Sheen’s alleged offer, saying only, “We sincerely hope that Charlie’s rehab is going well. We hope that he is healthy in the very near future and we look forward to the return of production of Two and a Half Men.”
