Charlie Sheen did little to alleviate concerns among CBS and Warner Bros. TV executives when he called into a radio talk show on Monday to complain about his treatment. When host Dan Patrick asked whether he had a morality clause in his contract, a provision that would bar him from engaging in scandalous conduct, he replied. “I haven’t read it. I don’t think it covers ‘let me totally dominate and interfere with your personal life.'” Sheen insisted that he was ready to return to work on his hit sitcom, Two and a Half Men. In fact, he said, “I went back to work. and I was banging on the stage door. Hello?! Where is everybody? I don’t know what happened. I guess they’re closed. Nobody told me.” Asked whether he has been told when he can return to the production, he replied, “I believe August of 2014 at this pace. I don’t know, it’s supposed to be the 28th or the 29th. That’s what it is! It’s the 29th of the non-leap year.” Sheen repeatedly maintained that he was ready to resume work now. “It’s like I heal really quickly. But I unravel pretty quickly. So get me right now, guys.”
