The two-hour series finale of ABC’s Desperate Housewives Sunday night averaged 11.1 million viewers, according to Nielsen overnight ratings. And while that wound up as the highest-rated show of the night, the ratings for it paled in comparison with those for early episodes of the season that regular drew 20 million or more viewers and once drew 30 million. Earlier in the evening, ABC’s season finale of Once Upon a Time drew an unimpressive 9.45 million viewers opposite CBS’s season finale of Survivor” One World, which drew 10.22 million viewers. But the Survivor reunion show that followed attracted just 8.1 million, making it the lowest-rated reunion episode of the series ever.
