CBS’s ratings on Monday night were again down a bit from last week, but so were those of other networks, with the exception of ABC, which had the finale of The Bachelorette going for it. Despite the black-out in cities served by Time Warner cable, CBS’s Under the Dome remained the most-watched show of the night with 10.2 million viewers. While that number may have represented a series low for the summer hit, it should be noted that it also faced competition from ABC’s The Bachelorette: After the Final Rose, which attracted 8.33 million. The Bachelorette finale, incidentally, was down 16 percent from last year’s closer, and the After the Rose wrap-up was down 18 percent, according to TVbytheNumbers.com.
