DANCING RISES OVER THE VOICE

ABC’s Dancing with the Stars moved well ahead of NBC’s The Voice in total viewers on Monday, but The Voice remained ahead among the key 18-49 age group. The singing competition drew just 11.63 million viewers, representing its smallest audience for the season. Dancing with the Stars attracted 14.38 million viewers. Both shows aired two-hour versions between 8:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. The dip in ratings for The Voice was mirrored by a similar dip for NBC’s The Blacklist, which followed. It, too, fell to a series low with 10.28 million viewers and was topped by ABC’s Castle with 11.91 million viewers.
