Overseas, David Fincher’s Gone Girl kept going, bringing in another $20.2 million in 58 markets to boost its foreign total to $94.7 million and liting its worldwide result past the $200-million mark to $201.6 million. Tagging closely behind in the New Line/Warner Bros. horror flick Annabelle, which brought in $19.2 million internationally and now has sold $95 million overseas. The film, which cost just $16.5 million to produce, has now taken in $166.1 million worldwide. Nevertheless, on the strength of ticket sales in China, the No. 1 film overseas this weekend was Guardians of the Galaxy, with $23.1 million in ticket sales to kick its international total past $400 million. Worldwide, it has now earned $732.6 million. That made it the No. 3 Marvel title ever, behind only The Avengers with $2.5 billion and Iron Man 3 with $1.2 billion.
